chocolate and chia truffles

A quick, healthy snack that you can make in advance and freeze.


1 cup of dates

2 tbls cacao powder

1 tbl chia seed

1/4 cup coconut

1 tbls coconut oil

extra coconut for coating


Place all ingredients into bowl and blitz together

Roll in small balls and coat with the extra coconut

Place in fridge to cool
